Arrival
Guests must arrive between 3pm and 11pm (unless pre-arrangements have been authorised outside of these hours, £10 fee applicable). If booked over phone or desk, the full amount or small deposit is taken from the customer, usually a charge for one night.

Guests are required to show valid photo identification and payment card used to secure the booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Departure
Check out is until 10.30am (unless pre-arrangements have been authorised, £10 fee applicable).
Cancellations and No Shows
There is no charge for cancellations and changes made 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, in the event of a no show you will be charged for your booked stay.

If card details are requested upon failure to authorise booking we must be contacted within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled. If this falls on your arrival date, the room will only be held until 6pm.
Payment
We accept Visa & Mastercard payments on-site and over the phone, as well as cash.

Non-Refundable bookings may be charged at any time up till the day of arrival. Upon payment failure we will request new card details within 24 hours, otherwise the booking may be cancelled.
3rd Party Payment
As a measure to prevent fraud, if the cardholder is paying for a 3rd party guest, please ensure that the form available below is filled and signed by the cardholder, sent to the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Penalties
Damages incurred from guests will result in a fine to compensate for losses.

Strictly no smoking within the hotel, any guests caught smoking inside the building will be charged £200.00 and could be asked to leave the premises.
